Great Reviews, they are so stunning! 😍 So glad to see that you liked The Midnight Star!! 💖⭐ Adelina and Magiano truly have a special place in my heart, I love them so much!! (and my heart breaks a little for the ending too) I also really liked the exploration of redemption and how that related to Adelina! :)

Caro! Thank you so much for your lovely comment! 💕 Adelina and Magiano are such a great, complex couple, aren’t they?? I adore the fact that there were many layers to their relationship.

I love these kind of reviews so much, they’re just so fun to read this way! <3 I'm sorry that The Midnight Star was a bit of a let down compared to The Rose Society. I still haven't continued with this series, I really need to at some point ahah :) Fantastic reviews! <3

THANK YOU MARIEEEE! I’m so glad that you like reading them this way (plus it’s so much faster than writing a full review). I hope that when you do continue on with the series, that you will end up enjoying it! 💕

I so adore this review format! I hope that your experience with the Young Elites trilogy was a good one, Kat! I have to agree that Adelina and Magiano provide a new level to the Midnight Star ❤️

I just read and reviewed The Bone Witch and I had pretty much the same thoughts as you! I couldn’t imagine trying to read this as an audiobook… I had my hands full just reading it on paper. That and the ending just completely flew above my head and made no sense. But still, I completely agree that the world is so cool and Tea’s relationship with Fox is so perfect. I completely agree with your thoughts on The Midnight Star as well. I just couldn’t get over the fact that the whole plotline was based in mythology and yet this mythology was barely mentioned in the previous two books. Still, Adelina is one of my favorite characters to date :)

Awesome reviews, Kat!! I feel the exact same way about the Bone Witch! Tea’s relationship with her brother was definitely the silver lining of the story for me! I’m planning on reading the sequel, the Heart Forger soon! Let me know if you’d want to maybe buddy read it! 🤗

I love this type of post! I am sorry about Midnight Star and yes, she is the perfect antiheroine and yes again Adelina and Magiano! As for The Bone Witch, I have yet to read it.

Lovely mini reviews, Kat! I haven’t read any of these yet but your post surely made me want to check them out – I’ve only read one book by Marie Lu (Legend) and it didn’t exactly do it for me. It was entertaining but I wasn’t blown away by it like I was expecting to be. Maybe because I listened to the audiobook? Maybe I had too high expectations? Who knows!

Anyway, as always, I ADORE your graphics <3 Keep it up!
